Boss Agency was hired to re-brand MBS Gym and execute a breakthrough brand rollout for the launch. Although a whole new look and visual identity was designed, it was important to retain key elements that loyal customers would recognise, since many had been loyal patrons of the gym for some 25 years.

As part of the re-branding campaign, their sub-brand MBSFIT (results driven training program) had to be integrated since this differentiates them from others in the industry. The authenticity of the message “Join the MBSFIT Lifestyle” and the experience was reinforced with real customer testimonials via videos and photographs.

Our integrated campaign also included branding, logo design, marketing and sales materials, website design and build, company video, signage, digital assets, social media campaigns and more.

The ultimate scope of Boss Agency’s strategy was to work with MBS on end-to-end branding, print collateral while developing integrated marketing plans for their three most primary business and marketing objectives.


The concentrated campaign saw exponential results in terms of sales, new customers, website visits, followers on social media and partnership enquiries. Most importantly, the brand was able to cement its position within Melbourne’s fitness industry and its unique personal training program seen as one of the best in Australia in the industry and amongst clients.
