The challenge for Boss was to convince potential clients to make the switch from the alternatives in a very competitive property market.
A detailed research and discovery phase, involving interviews, strategy workshops, observations and data analysis led us to conclude that the branding had to appeal to clearly defined target audiences with high potential for sales growth, interest in their properties and loyalty to their brand. Market segmentation was essential: Early Investors. Young Couples. Empty Nesters.
Key aims of the project were to create a modern, elegant and corporate logo design for the Melbourne-based company followed by designing their key corporate stationery; business cards, letterheads and email signatures as well as the brand style guide. The actual brand rollout covered an extensive range of touch points and collateral pieces across print, digital and signage and UX and UI design of the new website.
